TAB DIGOXIN ½ OD 5/7 DAYS.

T∙CARVEDILOL 3.125 MG TWICE DAILY∙

T . ENVAS 2.5 MG ½ TAB TWICE DAILY  ,

T.LASIX 15 MG TWICE DAILY.
